Yesterday was my second time going to this place. I went there at 6:30pm, I didn’t have an appointment so I asked the lady on the front desk if they’d be able to do eyebrows threading, she said can you come back in 15 minutes. So I waited 15 mins and came back to the store at 6:46pm, when I went in, first thing the lady said RUDELY to me that I’m late and she could not do it right now because she has to go. I always have an excellent experience here. My favourite place to get my eyebrows threaded/tinted & lashes tinted in Vancouver; they're very good about doing the absolute best job they can.
Fast and efficient and professional service. Always consistent and amazing customer care.
Dropped in at 1:00 Thursday, girl at reception had her head down sleeping! I said ‘excuse me, are you sleeping’ she said ‘no I’m not feeling well’ asked if anyone could thread my eyebrows ‘no she’s on a break’. Not friendly, felt unwelcome, she was rude! I will never go back!
First time been there and have to admire the professional lady who gave me absolutely the best treatment
