NEVER coming back here. The girl who did my full face wax was so rough even after explaining I had sensitive skin. She ripped the skin off my face near my chin and when she first told me I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt that it was my skin as I’m generally not a confrontational person, but I’ve never had this issue ANYWHERE else wether it was my first or tenth time there.
