so bad can't describe how bad it is, i went to get a manicure , she was so aggressive and rude and i left with half work i felt like i didn't even get my nails done and cleaned, one more thing once i left the salon my hands were literally shaking، look at how horrible they look, even when i don't get my nails done they look better, i paid and left without making any trouble because she was an old lady. keep in mind that i called before getting there and asked about the price she told me it will be 20 in total but i paid 25?!

I went to get my acrylics taken off and the person who did my nails did not do it correctly. I paid 15$. She tried to pry off my old nails with a nail tip. She filed my nails so hard that they're raw now and she still did not manage to get all the acrylic off. It took about an hour. The place was very very dirty. She put a cut on my finger and did not take care of it.

The ladies are amazing. Really cute nail salon. Got regular manicure and gel pedicure. Very relaxing experience.

I’ve been going to Bling for over 4 years now and it is truly my favorite nail salon in Richmond. No matter what nail design I bring Ann she always executes it perfectly and even better than what I imagined. I highly recommend this place. Ann is not only incredibly talented but also the sweetest person ever!
