I had a great experience with Rikardo- he was super friendly and efficient & went the extra mile to help me with another window i was having trouble with :) highly recommend!
The owner, Rikardo, was impressive, fast, professional, and a respectful worker. This family business was recommended by a friend and I recommend to anyone also. He was fast to respond to initial needs and all follow ups. The prices were reasonable. I had a service done on my sliding glass door. This company does it all and ensures a job well done. Very stand up company. Highly recommend.
Absolutely unacceptable service from Ricardo and Bling Bling Windows. After a major hailstorm, they came out to repair some windows and the screens at my home, and completely botched the job. It was so hard for me to even get him to come back again to install properly. Screens were installed crooked and poorly aligned. Now, just 1.5 years later, one of those same windows is leaking again. Punctual open and honest. Had a circular window that needed replaced. They got the material in faster then they originally said then they came in and got the job done beautifully in an hour or so. Couldn't be happier. Definitely a number I have saved.
