Staff helpful. Took a little longer than I would have liked for them to contact me to schedule home visit for estimates, etc. Home visit went well, placed order.
We used Blindworks to custom size & install a curtain, after we re-sized a window. They walked us through all our color & texture options, and made the whole process easy. They were even able to take away the old curtain, in case they'd have the opportunity to donate it in the future. Highly recommended

Recently, one of the blinds failed, and we had our first experience working with Matt, the new owner. Matt was prompt, professional, and easy to work with.
