I just had new roman shades installed by Doug at Blindworks and couldn't be happier. they are beautiful and finish the space perfectly. This is my family’s second time using Blindworks, and second time with Doug installing. Very professional, friendly, clean, punctual, and helpful. Blindworks has previously done work for us, including the installation of remote controlled window blinds in our den. The mechanism stopped working the way it was supposed, but after a quick call to Blindworks, Doug came to our house, diagnosed the problem, and quickly got things fixed. Working with Blindworks continues to be a very positive experience and we continue to enjoy how nice everything that they did for us looks.
Run from this blind store. Doug will sell you anything and once install could care less. Having a issue with my blinds 4 months later and he tells me to call customer service, when ask if he had the number he told me to goggle it, what attitude he has. WOW what a lazy individual. When purchasing form this store they take your money and run. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Great customer service! I purchased blinds there around 10 or more years ago, and the mounting bracket eventually wore out due to use. They were able to find replacement parts for me even though it is a pretty old model. We have gotten blinds for at least a dozen windows there and they have been great!
Very happy with product, service, and the expertise.
