Blinds were custom due to my home being built in the 60s. The owner was very prompt and within an hour came to my home measured and quoted me and had placed my order. I really appreciated that. It took the time he told me for the blinds to come in. I would have gave 5 stars if they only accidentally forgot one of my windows. Price was very reasonable. I am more than thrilled with the service , quality of the product I ordered from Blinds Usa. The plantation shutters made my house look more beautiful and more energy efficient than I even imagined. The installer was great and My husband and I are extremely happy with the result all around. The quality of the shutters was excellent as they were very well constructed.The service was excellent as we received calls informing us of everything.. Very happy with the results
Rude people Edit: since I can't reply directly to the response, not disgruntled. Just didn't appreciate being screamed at everyday by the blonde lady whose name I forget.... That's rude and unprofessional.
