Installation of plantation shutters was completed in 2013. Today I needed some help with a small maintenance item. I went into the store and was greeted with kindness, professionalism and excellent product knowledge. I was able to pick up what I needed and complete the maintenance on my own. Dont go here. I ordered two electric blinds. They installed them and then the hurricane hit 2 days later. This company knew because the installer told them that the blind wasnt long enough. They let me pay them in full and didnt install another blind for 4 weeks. Dont use this company
