Top quality blinds, lightening fast install and very attentive customer service. Wouldn’t hestiate to recommend to anyone
Ordered blinds through Costco. Blinds48 delivered and installed yesterday. Last night I went to close the blinds in the bedroom. While two closed fine , the third one came down unattached and hit me on my head and arm and put a dent in the window sill. We called to say what happened, asked for a service call to assess the cause,then rehang the blind. We were told that they can't come back for a week and a half. Great 🤕 customer service, really care!!
Even when the manufacturer said they would do a remake because the blinds continually broke, Blinds48 did not want to do what is right. Again, this is a lack of customer service with Blinds48.
Worst experience ever! Ordered 6700.00 in plantation shutters and automated solar custom shades. Sales lady lied rude. Had to file complaint because installer at home 3 different times and auto shades still don’t work! Subcontract through Costco! Still waiting on repairs ruining our holidays . Don’t trust this company!
