A few weeks after installation, a valance fell off of a blind on a second story window. I called to ask for someone to come reinstall it and they said they would look at the install schedule and call me back. No one called back and I have called and left messages (no answer) but no one has returned my calls. I’ve tried emailing the original salesman and he also hasn’t replied. I’m very frustrated that they don’t seem to stand by their product and installation.
From choosing the best option for our needs to installation was a great experience. The order was delivered and installed ahead of schedule due date. We definitely recommend Blinds48.
Everything from start to finish was wonderful, and we love the quality of our new cellular shades. Shopping at home was so helpful as we could check the colors in our own rooms. The ordering process, communication and installation were all excellent. We would recommend Blinds 48 without reservation and would gladly work with them again.
