This company is great. They measured perfectly and quickly. Blinds didn't take long to arrive and super fast installation. Customer service is top notch too.
Blinds48 provided a good sales process with samples and recommendations. We were told installation would take 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately, communication was lacking and installation took 11weeks! Not at all what we were expecting! Terrell did a great job with the installation even returned to the office to get parts that were missing from.the factory to ensure installation was complete. Keeping the customer updated and being transparent about installation time would serve Blinds48 well.
Blinds48 made the entire process so easy. I found them through Costco, and from the initial sale through the final installation, it was a very good experience. The salesperson I originally worked with (who is no longer with the company) was very helpful and transparent. The sales support team was easy to work with and responsive, and the installer was professional, friendly, and efficient. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I’m very happy with the experience. I would definitely recommend Blinds48!
Blinds are nice - except they do not roll straight up - have to guide them so the edges are not “scraped” along the metal sides.
This is the second time I have used Blinds48 to install custom Plantation Shutters in various rooms throughout my home. They are very professional, accurate, and customer friendly. The product is top quality and the turnaround time from measuring and ordering to installation is very reasonable for custom shutters. I highly recommend Blinds48 and will continue to use them for my future needs.
