An excellent experience from beginning to end. The salesman was very helpful, answering all of my questions, and showing me samples of different types of blinds and controllers as well as which types of fabric would work with the type of blind I was interested in. The person who installed the blinds was very professional as well, working quickly and carefully in my home. The blinds are beautiful and well made and I know that we will enjoy using them for years.
Vinnie Ballacomo, our salesperson, was excellent! He was friendly, and very helpful as he explained the BTG process from purchase to installation. He helped us with fabric and colors for our blinds and shade… and he explained the remote control option for our purchase. So glad that Vinnie was able to help us. The entire experience was great… from start to finish. I’m rating Vinnie Ballacomo an11 out of 10!!! Rich Cali
