We ordered custom drapes through Blinds To Go and selected the Nara Snow fabric based on the store sample, online images, and the swatch that was provided. Unfortunately, the fabric appeared significantly different once installed in our condo. My installation is complete and I did call the number below before that to close the loop. The installation process with your installer Jon was smooth and he is a true professional. My drapes look amazing. HOWEVER: The sale does not end when your customer makes a deposit and you, as a designer, close the sale. I was promised a negotiation on price by Jason & Edie at the time of my sale when I would be paying my final deposit but both sales agents ghosted me at time of final payment.
