Quick and affordable, and friendly sales, installation and support team. Had a small issue with one treatment not fitting well, Mackenzie and her team were helpful and resolved the issue without any stress. Will buy again!
They were so friendly and helpful! I called customer service who wasn’t helpful at all. On the customer service representatives advise I took my entire motorized blind into be repaired. The ladies right away solved the problem and were kind enough to give me the proper charger. Too bad the people at the call center aren’t as helpful or educated enough on the products. Would recommend this location for anyone needing blinds.
Very professional from Rina in the store to Michael who came to install. Very easy process to book installation appt using online system, both measuring and installation appts were super quick with courteous staff. Blinds look great, would 100% use Blinds To Go in the future.
Great customer service from all groups. Installer was great. We love our new blinds!
