Outstanding Service and Support! I had a wonderful experience with Blinds To Go. I was facing a bit of a tricky issue with my window covering. The store manager, Priyan, was especially friendly, patient and attentive—he took the time to understand the problem, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. His expertise and friendly approach made a big difference. It’s rare to find that level of care and customer service these days. Highly recommend!
Warning! Do not buy anything from Blinds to Go as they backed by their warranties and customers . Had to many fighting and arguments for many months regarding the damage on my blinds. Customer service discriminate, disgusting, disrespectful and liars. Also calling customers liars as well. You will be suckered into purchasing regardless of their full lifetime warranties .
