Took a Blind I purchased in another location twice for service, the other store Consultants at the other store were not helpful at all, actually got mad when I asked to show it working and they saw it sill was not, they did not know what they were doing, so I came to Faoud and Darrel. They were so helpful, took there time to check it and eventually found the issue and fixed it. Come to Faoud and Darrel for your Blinds needs, they know what customer service is. Thanks Fellas.

Very unprofessional customers services. I was very unhappy a $73.00 payment for blinds measurement became a $2200.00 plus order. I had only samples from online and stated several times I was not placing any order.
