The Valley Steam branch always has knowledgeable staff. I have been a customer for many years and have never had to return any of the items i have bought from them or had any complaints about their staff. Mr Darryl Sargent was a pleasure to work with, he knew exactly what we needed for our home. .

Very disappointed.. I installed the unit only to find out it was defective and I had to uninstall and return to be fixed. Thought at the very least they would send a repair man to fix being it was brand new
