Initial customer service was excellent, thought I was getting good quality product, and not just another home depot blinds, considering the price. Measurements taken and product delivered, 100% the exact same cheap plastic home depot blinds at 5x the price. Was told I need to go with outside mount (straight mounted on top of my window molding), looked trash, asked to have blinds width cut down instead so I can mount it inside the frame myself, was told in cannot be done and need to order new blinds, yeah sure.
