Lilian Martinez assisted with my purchase and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. I arrived not fully sure which type of shade to choose for a replacement in my dining room. She quickly helped me decide, choose the appropriate color, and placed the order. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Our order arrived within a week and was perfect! Thank you, Lilian!
Went to store to place an order. Salespeople said we will send a measure person to your home to measure. I said great. Turns out my window frames are 2” but vertical blinds are 3.5” so I said cancel my order. They said sure … but we have to charge you 50.00 for the measurements. NOT FAIR. Was never told of any fees in fact the sign on the window says FREE MEASUREMENTS. I suggest customers go elsewhere!!! Quite a scam.
