I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Blinds To Go. Despite a smooth initial consultation and payment process, the installation day was a disaster. I was told the installer would arrive between 8 AM and 12 PM, so I cleared my schedule, cancelled my gym appointment, and waited. However, no one showed up. The worker helped me a great deal with picking my new blinds and they look great!
Bought blinds from this store paid for installation now the blind is falling from the window. Store told me to take them down bring them in and they would order new ones. The problem is with the installation, not the blind itself. I want someone to come and and repair. I shouldn't have to after paying for installation.
So I bought “Blinds” here few years back.. Now they are falling apart. Brought back to store and was told they are damaged by sun. But aren’t blinds made for sun?? They said they would replace it- Waited 4 weeks- got a call to pick up and they gave me the same broken blind…. Called store and they said the factory sent it like that… ~lost my day off for nothing… • Totally unacceptable. • Now god knows how much longer I have to wait…..😖😖😖😖😖😖😖 • more to come!!!!!
