The person who came to my house to measure for an inside fit did a careful and efficient job of taking into account the irregularities in the shape of the opening. As a result, the shades, when they were installed fitted perfectly--much better the ones they replaced.
The store reps are.great but unfortunately the shades ordered have problems. One shad correct, one shade wrong color
The price given at time of purchase was not the same price once the technician measured the windows. The representative said the price increased because the measurements in the store were only an estimate. None of this was communicated in writing or verbally.
BLINDS TO GO HAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR REP WROTE MY ORDER UP WRONG, I DIDN'T PROOF IT AND WHEN I REALIZED IT WAS THE WRONG MOUNTING, THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME..."SORRY NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU NOW" I was left with $1,000.00 shades that are horrible and curling...terrible quality and terrible customer service. They do not stand behind their products. DO NOT GO TO BLINDS TO GO !!!!!!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
