The store manager, Jamie, and our design consultant, Jorge, were amazing. They were kind, patient, and extremely helpful. Moving into a new home can be stressful, but they made the experience for getting blinds seamless. They made sure all of our needs were met across the rooms and took important factors into consideration (i.e., how much light we wanted, privacy, rooms with moisture) as we finalized our order. The store director did everything to change our order after installation. She did an amazing job with whole her team in store. The technician also did an amazing institution job. I have attached a couple of photos to our new blinds as well as draperies. They are fantistic, and match our new furniture and paint. Thanks Jamie and whole store:).
The store manager was very accommodaring and very patient in dealing with customers. Despite amkottle oroblem with one of the measurements she did wveryrhing to make sire that the issue was resolved inmediately.
Great company and great products. I moved into a new home and BTG helped me to make my windows look super cool.... Iva from Customer Service was particularly helpful and she made sure we were completely satisfied with the experience.... highly recommended company.....
