Excellent experience with Marinela at Blinds To Go (East Brunswick location). She was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, and made sure everything was handled perfectly. I highly recommend her.
The measurements were exact, easy to install.
I was promised to get my ordered blinds in 4 weeks, it was written in contract : 4 weeks. We waited 9 weeks for our order. However, they requested to pay in advance. They were telling me about factory delay. If you your factory is not reliable, don't make the promise your customers. I was so disappointed.
I recently had my sliding door window treatment replaced by Blinds To Go. I have to say that I was so pleased with the customer service I received from Marinela. She was very informative and professional, she knew what I was looking for and gave me just that. I would recommend them to family and friends.
The staff of the Milltown Blinds to Go did a great job from start to finish to help me select window coverings and doing the installation. Marinella was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and helped me confirm what I was looking for. The measurer and the installers did a great job of setting everything up. We are very happy with our new window coverings.
