We ordered our products on August 11. On September 12 they were installed. At that time we noticed that the shutters we ordered were not symmetrical in the middle, one was clearly wider than the other. After multiple emails and phone calls to discuss this issue we were told on September 17 that the shutters we going to be redone and that remakes were always given priority. It is now October 3 and we have had ZERO communication from Blinds to Go about the remake. The lack of communication is outrageous.

Worst experience possible! We were so excited to get blinds for our new place and we really liked the ones we ordered, but after almost 4 weeks of jumping through hoops and experiencing multiple delays we were forced to ultimately cancel the order and look elsewhere. Save yourself the effort and disappointment and shop elsewhere.
Great experience on all parts of the process!! Ordering measuring and installation was all seamless and easy!!
