Horrible and expensive mistake! Paid $7500 for shades and electronic blinds. The electronic shade motor went out in the first year. Blinds to Go left me unable to raise the shade for 3 months. Ultimately, they replaced the electronic motor with a flimsy, cheap metal cord. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. Blinds to Go never responded and the AG’s office closed the case. And yes, Jill Wells is the worst manager ever. Makes promises and then never calls back when she doesn’t keep her word. Buyer beware!

Our store contact Lakitta Hicks-White was wonderful to work with. It was unfortunate that we had to wait a while for our order to come in and then wait an extra week while they sat in the warehouse. The installer, Andres, was incredible!! He came a day early. He was so nice and had all the blinds up in a matter of minutes. Andres being early, neat, and pleasant almost makes up for the time we had to wait for our blinds.

I had a great experience in the Fairfax City store. Everyone was very friendly…Jill the store manager and Jane who helped me with my order. The measurements were taken by Joe soon after I selected the blind…and he was great. All was very easy and effortless. Thank you!
