Terrible experience… Terrible customer service…Avoid!!! Do not make a payment unless you are sure about the order because it’s a trap! They made me put a deposit and I have tried to call them at least 10 times to cancel my order and they either don’t pick up the call or say the manager will give a call back to cancel. But they never called back.. Leaving me with the only option to dispute the charge.

Steven is a great salesman. He discussed our options with no pressure. Our blinds are beautiful and work smoothly. The installation was so fast and professional. One of the blinds was defective and sagging and they came and picked it up and fixed it quickly. This was a very pleasant business. Strongly recommend
