Worst option for window coverings!! Would not recommend!! AVOID!! It has been 6 months since I started this project and still not done! I started my blinds journey at the beginning of March 2025. Installer was great, polite, and answered all my questions...thumbs up!
The five stars are for the service technician because he was great, smart and went above his job and also corrected the issue in a very inventive way. The store customer service rep was friendly both times but she needs retraining to learn how to communicate with the service technicians and the customer because it caused me to have to have the service rep to come to my home, twice, which would not have been necessary if the communication was there.
