We ordered and paid for the blinds and received information from the Design Consultant, Ms. Skidmore, on when someone would come to install them. One family member stayed at home to greet their tech at the time we booked. Nobody showed up, and we were called later to get an explanation that the blind is not made yet?? As we planned to go on a short vacation after that, we informed Ms. Skidmore that the following week would be OK for installation. Ms Skidmore called us and left a message to call back. All the staff at the store were wonderful helping my grandmother pick out the right blind and Matthew S. who did the installation was amazing! He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He made my grandmother feel comfortable and answered all her questions.
This location has fantastic customer service. They're quick to help and serve your every need for you blinds.
Worst worst worst experience ever. Installer didn't measure properly. Blinds didn't get cut properly. So we had major delays. And had to keep up ugly temporary coverings until it got resolved. Costco was the better option, faster and cheaper. Don't waste your time. And even you have problems....a manager doesn't even call after you escalate!!!! It's ridiculous service. 🤢
Costumer service is poor the agent behaved near racial attitude.
