These guys are usually quite good to deal with; we have spent $4k with them over the years and have liked the results. However, we placed a new order in Dec 2025 and it took 3 visits to finally get the installation right on 2026 Feb 5. Unimpressed. They need to STOP making you pay installation up front so they have the incentive to do it right the first time. Will not use them again.
No communication. Had to call 3 times to find out blinds are on back order! Still no communication on when blinds will be installed. Horrible experience. Will not be recommending.
Excellent . I am very happy with the blinds. Great service from the sales to the installation was great.
