Poor quality of installation. Wouldn’t recommend this company.
Had a blind repaired from 2018. Just picked it up today. No hassle.
Awful product and warranty! Ordered motorized blinds from here in 2023 and spent thousands of dollars. In the past 2 years we have had to call 3 times to get them fixed. They have now malfunctioned again and were being asked to pay for labour ahead of the visit. Will never buy from this company again.
