This location has fantastic customer service. They're quick to help and serve your every need for you blinds.
Worst worst worst experience ever. Installer didn't measure properly. Blinds didn't get cut properly. So we had major delays. And had to keep up ugly temporary coverings until it got resolved. Costco was the better option, faster and cheaper. Don't waste your time. And even you have problems....a manager doesn't even call after you escalate!!!! It's ridiculous service. 🤢
Costumer service is poor the agent behaved near racial attitude.
This store does not fulfil orders on time and fail to return the 50% deposit. They absolutely fail to provide real solutions to their customers. They always respond to customer that have bad experiences by telling them to call customer service and when we call nothing is done. The just waste our time. We didn’t receive the blinds on the agreed date but they keep our money, how is this fair?? Our design consultant is Lorenzo Polese for reference.
I called and asked for a simple thing. How much would it cost for my 3 wall sized windows (8'tall by 12', 7', & 10'4") to get a white curtain next to the glass, and a black curtain behind that. I had no concern about the type of material, and told her so. She insisted I come in to check.. I just wanted a price for the simple set up I wanted, and she refused to help me on the phone, inisting I "had" to come in. The very next store I called was happy to help meet my needs.
