So today my blinds were installed by Jacob he did a very good job also excellent service by Nikita Patel the sales associate who came home to meet me she was patient and took time to explain my options and Mr Shahid the gentleman who took the measurements for my blinds. Thank you Nikita, Shahid and Jacob for your professional service I will definitely recommend Blinds To Go to my friends
Jason was very helpful today. The wand on one of my blinds had snapped and he was able to supply me with a new one, free of charge! I was in and out in five minutes.
I installed myself from instructions provided. Those instructions were not clear in relation to which way everything was to be hung but once I figured it out it was relatively simple... They look great... however, I was disappointed in the pricing - a couple of hundred more than similar sellers for exactly same product and sizing.
