We bought blinds from you 8 years ago and thos weekend we got new windows . The guys took the blinds down and put them back up but without the valances because they lost all the clips. Your manager graciously gave me all the clips that I needed without hesitation. He was such a pleasure to deal with!!!

Crystal was fabulous! We were not sure what we wanted in terms of window treatments and she walked us through all the options. She was knowledgable, patient, and super helpful when it came to color recommendations.
I was expecting to get quality service. It started off great , then measurements were done. Totally wrong. The installer came , mind you this is t the same guy that measured. My vertical cloth blimds were inches above the window. I called complain ed. Was promised new ones were being cut. Fast forward until today. Installer shows up and installs one window that was cut.
