I ordered a mechanical blind for a handicap person and a cordless blind arrived, when I returned to speak to the person who placed the order he tried to say that it was what I ordered, I explained to him why would I order a blind that you had to manually operate for a handicap person, he go short with me and said: "that I could not get a refund" even though he was the one who made the error and not I. If I could give a -star I would.
