Amazing service. The mounting brackets on our 22 year old mini blinds disintegrated. Called Blinds To Go to see if they could be repaired. They told us to bring them in and they would be sent out for repairs. A few days later they called to say they could not repair them and asked us to come in and pick out another blind. This was all done no charge. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for blinds. Customer service like this is almost non existent in today’s world. Thank you Blinds To Go.
Excellent friendly, customer service by the staff ladies. Especially Navdeep Kaur was genuinely pleasant and helpful, during and after pick-up. That means just as much as the repair to my huge blind. I highly recommend this store. Sincerely impressed!
