3 weeks late still no contact , still no update on when they are installed.. dont go here if you need shades in a timely matter.
Having a baby and my order is 2 weeks late, no notice no reason . But don’t worry I can drive to them again; and install my own temp shades. No notice on when they will be coming. No one cares in the store. I would never ever recommend someone using them and if you do expect the process to be long drawn out and not save you any true money on your shades. This is a hoax.
Lou at the Nanuet location of Blinds to Go went above and beyond to help us create the exact feeling we were looking for for our new home! We had gone to 3 different shade stores and Lou was hands down to best designer of them all! He was patient and so kind!
