I bought sliding glass door shades for my shore property. The factory made them wrong. When the correct shades were reordered and installed the shades fell down off the track. The track dangles and does not close smoothly. I have not even been in the condo to use them. The worst part is the manager is not resolving the issue. Promises to call corporate says she is working on it and not calling back. Shades with installation $860 never used and defective. Very dissatisfied.

They never called or emailed to let us know our order was ready..their phones and computers were down for 2 days. Valerie was so helpful in trying to find ways to pay the balance and give us our order. She was so apologetic. Great customer service.
Installation was completed on schedule and well done. Installer was pleasant and efficient. An excellent experience.
