The new blind was delivered quickly and it went up fairly easily.
Heidi Psarros is an exceptional sales person. She is so warm and pleasant and seem to know immediately what we needed. She was very patient with us. I was so impressed that I brought my mother in who also ordered blinds from Heidi. The showroom is very well stocked, and she provided us with lots of samples. I highly recommend this store.
We went to Blinds to Go on Rt46 on a Saturday afternoon 10/24. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and introduced to Valerie Rodriguez, Design Consultant who was exceptional. She assisted my Son and DIL guiding them through your collection with her extensive knowledge of the product and great insight as to what would be most functional. She made the purchase a positive experience. We will definitely refer BTG and Valerie to others.
Jace Nina - design consultant at the Toyota location, was very patient, helpful, and resourceful with my mom when picking out shades. We look forward to how it will complete our living room. Thank you.
Great service from beginning to the end
