Approximately two years ago, I spent close to $8,000 on blinds from Blinds To Go, trusting your company to recommend and sell materials suitable for their intended purpose. After only about two years, the blinds have significantly deteriorated. What is particularly frustrating is that only now, after the damage has already occurred, I have been told by Blinds To Go that the material originally sold to me is not suitable for sun exposure.
