Fairly priced and delivered as promised. Installer was professional and personable.
We had a wonderful experience and Lilian was very supportive in terms of us picking us the right color etc. Looking forward to the measurement and delivery of the blinds and roller shades and expecting the same professionalism and courtesy by technicians involved going forward.
Sales rep Lillian was helpful and patient. We opted to have windows meadured and installed as the guy who came made a good suggestion for installation. Joe the installer was fast good and efficient.
Edit: they offered a solution where I still had to pay money for installation and now it’s been a month. Ashley (the new owner) has stopped replying to emails for a month now and whenever I call them, no one has any updates. They “reach out to the factory” which should give them an update within 24-48 hours and I never get a call back. Do not believe their life time warranty. They do not honor this. Original sales person, great. Team of measurement and installation, great. Blinds are great. Dealing with the store personnel by phone, no so great. Definitely a lack of communication skills.
