At the beginning the sales process was fine. It went downhill from there. They didn't have the color I ordered; didn't find out about that until after I was told the order was ready. How can the order be ready if some items are missing. In my mind the order is not ready if it isn't complete; I was afraid to wait for the complete order in case the company was going out of business and could possibly lose over $3,000. Robine was amazing. I have just moved to a new apartment and really didn't know what I wanted. She helped me pick blinds and explained how to get the best deal. This is my second apartment that I am furnishing with this stores blinds. Excellent service. The manager even came over to make sure that I would get the best product for my needs. Can't wait for the install!
