David (manager of store) and Randy (installer) were sheer PERFECTION across the board. Their level of customer service is rare these days. David was so patient with me he deserves a 24k gold star. Seriously. Randy was so helpful. Not only did he install the blinds he also took the time to help me with the app set up on my phone because he didn’t want to leave until I was completely and 100% set up for success. These are the first “real” blinds I have purchased. I could not be more thrilled and thankful.
Very expensive. Lots of additional charges for templating installation, etc. I went ahead and paid the bill because I was in a rush to list my house, but I will be shopping around next time and I would’ve done more rooms if it was not so prohibitively expensive installer showed up 10 minutes after the two hour window after I rushed home from work
I had 20 year old blinds that were not working the way it should and I called the 800#. They said to take it to the store and they will send it in for repair. I went to the store in Annapolis and was greeted with a smile and the staff were very friendly. The manager David was very helpful and assured me that it would be taken care of. David was excellent! Very outgoing and knowledgeable. He took his time and listened to our vision. All of his suggestions were spot on!
Design consultant Karen Feeney came out and helped me pick out some drapes and blinds for my family room. She was fantastic and very honest with her opinion which I loved about her. Then I began second guessing my choices, so I went by the store and spoke with David Buckingham. He was also great. He reassured me that my decisions were going to look beautiful. Thanks to both of them for making this expensive design choice easy.
