Terrible ! They sent me the best guy to measure and the best guy to install but it still turned out wrong . Short by 2 inches . I asked for a replacement but so far , 6 months down no replacement yet . I will try to call them again today to try to get my complimentary replacement .
This has to be my worst experience. I ordered blinds for my business worth almost $6,000. They truly do not care about people as long as they get their payment in full just to schedule an appointment for installation. I was promised by Jesse that my installation is scheduled for Monday 04/14/25 from 12pm -3pm. I then get a text notification that my installation is from 3pm- 5pm. Arika was an amazing sell’s agent she help me cover blinds for the kitchen and drapes for the living room she made it easy and fast she was also very welcoming and patient with me answering any questions and concerns every time I seen her she greeted me with a smile I appreciate her work ethic we need more warming welcoming people like her Thank you for your help Arika
