David was amazing! Knowledgeable and kind and empathetic to an elder! He took his time and was patient and reviewed all of my options. And he has a generous and warm smile.
I ordered a skylight blind from the store and I was told that I would get it for two weeks. It got ready in two months. Everytime I called I was told was getting produced in Mexico. When I picked it up and started installing it was not the right size I ordered. They made it two inches bigger. And also when I went to the store to ask what’s going on the staff there was very rude.
I was very lucky to meet David Charles in the Chelsea store. When I called back to schedule an appointment, he was no longer at the store and found out he was now in Park Slope. I was so impressed with David’s knowledge, patience, guidance, insights and understanding of my needs and style that I went to Park Slope to work with him. He gave me great suggestions with great care and attention to details. Everyone in the store was nice and attentive. It’s been a pleasure snd great experience.
I had a great experience coming into blinds to go and ordering my blinds with David. He was able to explain everything promptly and I couldn’t ask for better communication and the overall process. David is a star of this place and don’t hesitate coming here and asking for his help!
Nice atmosphere staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the product. Just wish someone would answer the phone
