The Blinds To Go story begins with a young entrepreneur, David Shiller, who left his job at a local housewares store to set out on his own. David would load up his family's station wagon and drive hundreds of miles to sell homegoods door to door. It was during these long trips that David learned to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. This philosophy of old-fashioned customer service is the foundation of our legendary Blinds To Go "red carpet" service. Our attention to customers has made us the leading retailer and ma... read more

Material used is very poor quality. It is like foil paper. Save your time and money. I totally regret not going with Hunter Douglas which absolutely better quality.

When I signed the contract, saleswoman Dianne stated it included "everything", meaning materials, install, taxes, etc. What she didn't tell me is they don't take their garbage and boxes. I spent over 5k on a lot of windows, and was stuck paying extra dump fees and labor hours when I thought it would be included with the labor I paid for. I was told that the style I wanted was discontinued, and then the salesperson then tried to sell me on a different option. I tried telling them that I wasn't interested, but they kept talking over me and would not let me get a word in edge-wise. Eventually I just got fed up and said "I... read more
Not just this location, but the company as a whole from the store up to corporate needs to learn some customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot where you can get better quality blinds for a fraction of the price.
