I have several shades purchased from this store, and I've been very, very pleased. The associates are very helpful and knowledgable. The shades I purchased some time ago have held up well. The prices aren't super cheap, but it's good value for the money, and less expensive than going "custom". (These actually are custom shades). You do have to install them yourself, but if you have a drill, it's very simple (and I am not a "handy" person).
