We had 9 custom cellular shades by Blinds To Go installed in our new home in late 2019. The delivery and installation was excellent but the product reliability is disappointing (i.e. crap). The internal draw cords have snapped 8 times and we are approaching a 100% failure rate. Blinds To Go have honoured the lifetime warranty in all cases but there doesn't appear to be any attempt to fix what appears to be a fundamental design flaw in the product. Booked an appointment for installation, which required me having to take half a day off of work, unpaid. They were to come between 8 and 10am and at 9:30am I received a text saying the appointment had been rescheduled for 2 days later. This is unacceptable. At the very least, they could have contacted me the day before to let me know. Not impressed.
