I have been using Blinds To Go in Kanata Centrum for over 20 years. I am very pleased with their service and quality. Life time warranty makes a bonus and worry free experience. One of my window chains was broken and they fixed quickly with no additional charge. A big thanks to the Blinds to Go staff in Kanata Centrum store.

Five stars for this business, and the Kanata location in particular. When I moved here in 2018, Simrin looked after our order of inside-mount matchstick-type lined custom blinds for all of our main floor. The service and quality was excellent. The blinds still look and perform like new. More recently I ordered a custom blackout roller shade for a bedroom upstairs, and it is also perfect. The enthusiasm during sales quickly vanishes after transaction closures. The roller blinds chain in one of the rooms snapped the day after installation, while all other rooms remain fine. When we called back, the reception was noticeably different, and it took repeated calls and emails to get even a little bit of attention to address the issue which by the way is still not resolved yet.
