We recently purchased roller shades from Blinds to Go. In trying to find the right product for our windows, Shawna was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products they sell and helped us with our selection. We couldn't be more happy with our motorized roller shades. They are beautiful and so slick to put up or down or anywhere in between. This location was not accommodating at all. My wife and I visited the store with the intension to acquire samples in order to pick the fabric we wanted for drapes. We were told they do have sample books but encourage us to pick what we wanted and she would have them sent to our home in about 3 days. We walked around the sample walls picking the colours we thought might work in our home. The woman at the store followed us, did not write anything down, and pretended like she was keeping track. I rarely leave reviews but my experience with Blinds2Go has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. I purchased shutters from them a few years ago and the quality has been abysmal. Every single one has deteriorated. It’s cracked, warped, or fallen apart despite being newer than my previous set of shutters from another vendor, which are still in perfect condition after 15 years. BUYER BEWARE - Horrible Experience with Blinds To Go I would not recommend Blinds To Go based on my recent experience. Incorrect measurements were taken, which led to my curtain panels being too long. Anum, the sales associate, didn’t inform me that I couldn’t order the panels unlined until after they were installed WITH THE LINING, even though I had clearly specified unlined panels from the start. Very unprofessional team. The consultant does not respond and the team never meets it commitment whether it is on delivery or installation.Fahad who calls himself the store manager just acts like a messenger and has no decision taking abilities. Their installer is always running late and they do not value customers time.
