I am very pleased with Blinds To Go I recently purchased two door window blinds All individuals involved were very pleasant and polite Emily was very helpful in explaining the options and helping me decide what to purchase
The estimate phase was informative and professional.
Purchased blinds for 2 bedrooms both rooms have similar windows, one of the rooms the middle blind is not wide enough. The store says that it’s normal but the other room same blinds no issue , paid around 3 grand don’t think it’s asking too much to expect it right on. I spoke several times with the sales associate she tried but could not help. This is my third time purchasing from this store over the last 10 years never had a problem before this but when there is a problem there is no help.
