I don’t understand why they would send Someone to my house with a 3 foot ladder to Install 15 foot blinds!! Now I have to wait three more days for someone to come back to my house with a proper ladder for the installation. Not happy!!
My Salesman , Gil was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also very nice and focused on what I told him I wanted. Super great at his job ! Process was easy. Jason came to my house to measure . Another super nice man and he explained everything. I was kept informed along the way with the timing for install . The blinds were put up by Jason and he did a fabulous job.
