The most frustrating experience. We did an in-home consultation and they measured a window wrong twice. It took 4 months to get this rectified. I called the store many times and they never called back, left messages, and when I finally got through, they told me my order was complete when it wasn’t. This delay caused discoloration of my couch because it took so long to get rectified. I had to pay for everything up front and then fight to get what I paid for eventually completed. Do not recommend using them.
Horrible service. They sent me the wrong blinds which were defective and took 3 months to remedy the situation. Once it was finally ready to be installed they sent them to the wrong store. Save your time and energy and go to a company that is not so disorganized. Update: the blinds finally arrived and didn’t fit on the windows because the person from Blinds To Go measured wrong. The store could not care less about the inconvenience they have caused. This must be commonplace for them. Shocked they are still in business.

Would not recommend if you actually want your window treatments installed in a timely manner. The installation tech just no showed for the second appointment after they canceled our first installation appointment with <24hours notice. We have now twice rearranged our schedules to have these installed and been on hold twenty minutes to see if rescheduling is even an option.
My design consultant was terrific.
