Never use them for expensive cloth roller shades. I paid over three grand and the pattern on the blinds does not match. When I spoke to person at shop said they do not match the repeat pattern and the sales person should have told me that. It’s been two weeks since person was supposed to call me back after speaking to the factory where the blinds are made. No one has called. If you need to make expensive blinds go to Shade Store which I should have done
S far I’ve had a wonderful experience with Blinds to go. Liylis and Nancy have been very helpful. Thank you for your services. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Everything was terrific
Lori W. was helpful, professional and very personable. She helped us make our selections and didn’t try to pressure us into buying something we didn’t want. We truly appreciated her guidance. Recommend working with her and Blinds to Go.
Lori is a star! So kind, helpful, honest, and caring! Would recommend her to anyone!
