Blinds to Go has wonderful customer service. Christopher has done an Amazing job helping me with choosing my blinds.
I had a great experience at the 150 South Central Park hartsdale showroom. Jesse was great and Yasmin was fantastic. They were a huge help. I highly anyone looking for their blinds and a designer at this location.
Terrible customer service. I went with a photo of my window, with the gap in the trim. They sold me a blind with a bracket that can’t fit over the gap. Then when I went back to ask if there was another way to mount it they told me “if you had brought this photo with you we wouldn’t have sold you this and there’s nothing we can do about it now.” Thanks for charging me $120 for something I now have to ghetto rig.
Struggled with trying to charge battery for my blind for a few days. Jesse, Yasmin, Georgina and Christopher in Store 223 came to my rescue. Many thanks!!!!
