We went in the Springfield Blnds to Go to try and decide on new window treatments for our new home. We had a few ideas but nothing decisive. Leticia Merino was so helpful and patient with us in the decision making process, she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I came in just looking for blinds, but I walked away feeling genuinely taken care of. The blinds themselves are great, but what really stood out was the experience. Leticia the manager and Jariah the assistant manager didn’t treat this like a typical sale. They were fully invested from the beginning — asking the right questions, thinking ahead, and catching details I wouldn’t have even considered. This location is fantastic. I would like to thank Leticia the store manager for giving me her recommendations and walking me through all of my options without treating me like a “number”. Jariah, thanks again for taking your time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the materials for a window that gets ALOT of sun. Overall, I give this location 5 stars because of the customer service which is hard to find nowadays…. They also didn’t try to upsell me.
