Good sales experience, but poor follow-up. I called two weeks after the order just to find out they were in the store for one and s half of them. NO NOTIFICATIONS!
This review is for the product as well as Emily, the store "manager". I purchased $2,500 worth of blinds that were installed late February. One of the blinds mechanism stopped working. I am a business, not a household that can survive without blinds - was told I need to take blinds down, bring to the store, wait 2-3 weeks to have them repaired OR pay $130 to have technician come, take the blinds down and put some temporary solution in place while the faulty blinds ( LESS than 3 months old) are repaired. Installed blinds for our entire condo 5 years ago. Excellent service, great quality blinds and superb follow up on issues. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Great staff at the route 4 location.
Absolutely upset it’s been over a month without blinds, paid $500+ for custom blinds that were ripping the same day and broke the next day. I called to have them remeasure and it took weeks to get a hold of someone. A month later still no new blinds!!! These people don’t text you back right away and don’t care! . I wish I went somewhere else honestly for the price I had to pay. THEY DONT CARE!
Mak was absolutely wonderful! So professional, kind, and friendly—he explained everything so clearly and with such a warm smile. The whole experience was smooth, enjoyable, and honestly better than I could have hoped for. He made it completely worth the drive to the store instead of shopping online!
