I had a great experience with "Blinds To Go". My second time purchasing from them. The whole process was seamless start to finish. Outstanding customer service. I love my shutter blinds. I didn't think that I could achieve this look but they walked me through the process. Thank you
Very professional and knowledgeable
Just Don't. I went to a storefront because I wanted advice, had never bought roller shades, and thought I could get an exact fit for my oversized windows. Though everyone has been very nice, my initial order was put in wrong, its taken 2.5 months to fix, and the final product is still not as expected. The gaps between the shades and walls are enormous.
