Easy to install and happy with the quality of my roller shade. Great customer service.
Very friendly, professional service
The salesperson Laine was not pleasant to work with. Way to many texts and exclamation points. Too hard to refund an order. Was quoted for something that apparently wouldn't work with my type of windows. Overall just a headache of customer service.
Really enjoyed The experience. Sales personnel was really helpful. I was only getting a runner repaired and a few other odds and ends. Really appreciated all the help I got
