Everything was ready for pick up.
We had an excellent experience at Blinds to Go! Diane and Laura spent time showing us several options to fit both our style and price range. Their service was exceptional! We can’t wait to have our blinds installed!
I purchased blinds previously and the valances are magnetic which constantly slide everytime I move them to the correct spot I asked the installation tech at my second delivery if there was a fix. There is no way to fix issue, so now the valance remains slanted. At the installation of my second purchase of blinds the tech also did not align the blinds correctly and the valance is not covering the top of the blinds they way it should be.Yet paid for professional installation. Blinds are not cheap & I am disappointed.
Staff was extremely helpful and kind. I have used blinds to go for my old house and now my new home. They are wonderful and have great products.
