We bought our blinds from Discount Mike when Mike was still alive in 2017. However, recently we have tried to reach out several times for warranty repairs and no one is responding to us :( we spent several thousands of dollars and went with Hunter Douglas due to the warranty and now we have to pay again to get new blinds.
The customer rep that came to our home was very personable and helped answer any questions that we had. Our installer Brett was also nice, efficient and did a great job. We love the blinds.
