From my initial call to the final installation, the team at Blinds & Shutters by Discount Mike went above and beyond, they were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and respectful of my home. The new shades, on all my windows, were exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you :-)
I don't recommend you use this company the people who will answer the calls will treat you wrong I made the contract with one of the owners named Brandon he promised me the installation of my Parasol for just five weeks. This time has been fulfilled quite a while and they do not want to answer us. We gave a big deposit and every time we call the person who answers. He says they're not the manufacturers when I thought they were the manufacturers and we have to wait for the manufacturers to respond. In other words you do deal ... read more
