The owner is very responsive when he wants you to put down a deposit, afterwards, communication drops off and he starts playing games. I asked for motorized shades which took over 6+ months before he admittedly could not complete. He attempted a bait and switch as well as cancelled an installation at the last minute. I chose Nick because of the reviews so hopefully I can ward others off if their job is more expensive because you will not get what you paid for, and right now I am fighting to get a refund on my deposit.
