Horrible management My friend and I were very interested in living here, so we made an appointment for noon. No one showed up. We sat there for 30 minutes waiting for management to arrive, even though the office was supposed to be open from 11-4. When I called to find out what was going on, I was routed to some guy in Dallas! I left a message for the office and sent an e-mail inquiry; after one week, I have yet to get a response as to why we were stood up. Frankly, we will not be living at Brier Creek.
3rd floor is nice Brier Creek is situated on a road with a number of other complexes close to a nature area. The apartments are good sized, 3rd floor ones have fireplaces and vaulted ceilings. The community room is nice for entertaining with oven, microwave, fridge, etc. Downsides: the tennis courts are old and cracked and the complex is right next to railroad tracks so can get noisy for brief times. Does allow pets for a substantial deposit. Stairs are creaky, plenty of parking inside and out.
