We were told we would have a quote last week and still haven’t heard from them. We’re looking elsewhere.
Laura did a great job. She was prompt, knowledgeable, found colors that worked well with my room and had a proposal written up in no time. The estimate was somewhat higher than I anticipated. I do have a couple estimates scheduled before I make a final decision.
I have used Blinds Plus and More for over 21 years. The customer service provided by all employees is superior. This excellent service is across the board from sales associates to installers and office personnel who help find parts or pieces for repairs.
