On 9 August 2024, I paid Tish Libby $2933.15 via check to order motorized custom blinds for my new home. I wrote her a check because she claimed her credit card machine was down which I now know was one of a myriad of lies. The total amount billed was $5966 but she said at least half was needed to place the order so I paid her.
