This review is long overdue! My husband and I worked with Frank to add black out blinds to our home before our daughter was born. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy as we had large, floor-to-ceiling windows. We visited several retailers in the area and found that Frank had the best price. The level of service and guarantee were icing on the cake. Would highly recommend!
