Aside from a wonderful product, the service with Blinds Over Charlotte cannot be beat. Frank was fast to reply to all communications and did a wonderful job to make sure that everything was perfect for us. Frank was detail-oriented when installing our blinds to make sure we were happy with the overall aesthetics. The pricing was more than fair. We would do business with Frank and Blinds Over Charlotte again. Do not hesitate to reach out for a consultation.
Frank did a fantastic job handling our order. From initial reach out to installation, he was very responsive and provided updates throughout the process. Despite a delay from the manufacturer, he was still able to install blinds and shades throughout our home faster than expected. I highly recommend Blinds Over Charlotte to anyone in the area.

Did not disclose that the blinds he was replacing were not the same style as the others and when I asked about it said no one would notice. I notice and I would have sought out other vendors had I known they were not the same. He said he didn’t know who made the blinds. If he didn’t know and could not exactly match them, why didn’t he tell me? They are also extremely difficult to close. He said I just have to use two hands to close.
