Jessica made it super easy with the overall transaction. I asked her for her opinions on the sizes of the panels, sliding door shades, colors etc and her expertise helped me decide what I got! I'm a repeat customer, and I know I will call on them again for future window cover needs. First was Norman shutters throughout our home when we moved back in the foothills area three and a half years ago. Recently was my newly built second property and I had them install shutters and roller shades. Both times, they were reasonably priced, punctual, and professional. 5 stars all the way.
Scheduled an appointment and received confirmation that they would be coming to my house on Friday 6/5 at 3:00pm. I made sure to clear my schedule that day and cancelled other appointments. At 3:07, I called multiple times and texted to reach out because no one was at my door and I hadn’t received an update. I received a text reply asking if my appointment can be rescheduled.
