They did a great job on my blinds and shutters from start to finish. Had a slight problem after initial install but they came right out and took care of it. I'm very happy.

I purchased Plantation Shutters for my unit in Cape Canaveral and UV shades for my patio - absolutely BEAUTIFUL. But... follow up service is horrible. One of the by-pass panels over my sliders was rolling open. I call 5 TIMES - each time sent to another voicemail saying I would get a call back. No one ever did call. I finally got through to the woman in the installations department who was extremely rude and said they would come out. The cost $75.00 for the first 15 minutes and $75.00 each additional 15 minutes. Valerie took us around the showroom and after listening to what we had in mind, she took us over to look at the blinds that we now have in our home. She listens.
