WOW it has been 11 years that I had my blinds from you. They still look brand new, work perfectly, and easy to get off and on. Made my older home look new. Great people to work with.i recommend them highly. Bev from Lake Crystal.

Owner is very rude. Expressed I was not happy with my blinds, and instead of fixing the issue, she wanted to argue. Made me feel as if my concern was fully my fault, and dismissed the problem. Do not buy!
I needed my blind adjusted, nothing wrong with the blind just outside changes(building etc) they sent out their tech on the coldest day of the year she was here on time understood what I wanted and made the changes needed. Showed Me how the remote control now did the things I wanted it to do. I will continue to word of mouth to advertise for these people, from install to the up grade they are #1
