Professional, efficient, choices were spot on. He brought samples, stated choices (case/no case, chain/no chain), and they I stalled shades for me, 106" long.
When I called a few minutes before closing on a Friday before a holiday, they arranged to replace/repair the broken pulley strings on our very large honeycomb window shade (94" x 72") the next day at a very fair price. We were quite astonished and pleased. They are so incredibly experienced - in business since 1968. We couldn't be more pleased. lf we ever need any replacement shades, our first and only call will be to this company!
