Update to original review below: Trish called to inform me after this review that Rebecca was misinformed. Apparently, I was correct and I do have a lifetime warranty since my blinds are cordless. She said she ordered the replacement and they will install it for free and look at the bedroom blind that is still crooked from the fix in 2022. She also said when I have problems with these they just order the replacement, but that’s not what was done in 2022. I’m grateful they are willing to take care of it after my review. We ordered blinds for five sliding doors. We are very happy with the results. The blinds are great and the installation is excellent.
Professional, timely, detailed. Excellent service by Trish and her installation team on our motorized shades throughout our new home. Just hired them again to do another shade outside.
We ordered blinds for five windows from Blinds Express, and the experience was great! We got very useful advice, the blinds came on time, the installation went smoothly, and the blinds work perfectly. Our room looks great! We plan to order more blinds for our kitchen now that it is done.
