I worked with Blinds, Etc. recently to have custom blinds installed on three windows. The customer service was impeccable, and Alan and his wife were absolutely delightful! The process was easy, professional, and smooth. The installation went quickly and the installer was amazing. I'm SO happy with my beautiful new blinds! They're exactly what I'd been hoping for. Classy, light-filtering, and they greatly reduce the heat. I recommend Blinds, Etc. and their team highly!

It has always been a pleasure working with Alan from blinds etc. We purchased our blinds over 4 years ago and recently one broke and had to be replaced. We were surprised to hear that it was still under warranty. The quality of their blinds and service is excellent. It is rare to find a company that truly supports their customers long after the sale. We bought blinds over 4 years ago ad have been very happy with them. Recently on of them broke. We called and they sent us a lable to return the product to the factory. We did, and in about 10 days we received the blind back completely restored! It was within the 5 year warranty period so there was no charge. We were very happy with that transaction and will use them again if the need arises,
Needed a plastic clip for our blinds and Alan got it for us no problem! Wonderful customer service, friendly and will certainly go back for all our blinds!
