I want to share my wonderful experience with Blinds Ect. Alan, Dan and Eric were very professional from start to finish. My shutters were all installed in one afternoon. They look absolutely gorgeous. I especially like the way they enclosed my slider door. I highly recommend this company for your home. Give them a call. Met Alan White at the Blinds Etc. booth at the Kootenai County Fair. He followed up and we set up an appointment for an estimate for the 9 windows we were looking to cover. He provided a written estimate with a no pressure approach. We had competitors also provide bids for the same work. I worked with Blinds, Etc. recently to have custom blinds installed on three windows. The customer service was impeccable, and Alan and his wife were absolutely delightful! The process was easy, professional, and smooth. The installation went quickly and the installer was amazing. I'm SO happy with my beautiful new blinds! They're exactly what I'd been hoping for. Classy, light-filtering, and they greatly reduce the heat. I recommend Blinds, Etc. and their team highly!

We have remodeled our entire house. The high point of these endeavors was Blinds Etc. The plantation shutter quality is superb. The installation, planning and purchase were even better. I cannot recommend them more emphatically.
