My favorite new house purchase...our blinds from Blinds Etc. Ohio. Scott, I love em'!! They most definitely beat the cheap plastic kind I've always had before, haha! But beyond, I'm thrilled with all aspects of working with you & Mike. Such excellent customer care and ethics. When you discovered an imperfection in one set (which I honestly never noticed), insisted on giving me a perfect product...so came back for a 2nd install. Now that is good, good business. Absolutely recommend you to any and everybody ;)

Occasionally, consumers are lucky enough to find an organization that has the consumers interest in mind. Scott has been servicing me for nearly 20 years. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere for my window coverings. Scott's pricing is fair, his delivery and service is prompt and he always makes certain products work properly. I wish all purchases went as well.
Scott did a great job on the blinds that we purchased. He is extremely knowledgable and we followed his recommendations. The installation went very smooth. We are very happy with them and we will use him again.
