Keith and Lexie were great! Kept all appointments and met all timeframes. They were even ahead of schedule with delivery. Install went like clockwork! Shades are PERFECT! Very through in assisting in link everything to the app! Thank you!
I moved into a new home about 10 months ago where the previous owner had installed Hunter Douglas shades in their living room. One of the patio door shade mechanisms broke and I was at a loss for what to do. I stopped at Blinds by Design and spoke with Lexi Hyle who assured me that they would be able to have the blind repaired and instructed me on how to safely remove the blind and bring it into their shop. We love our Hunter Douglas blinds from Blinds and Designs. We recently had one that wasn’t lowering properly and Keith sent me a video on how to remove it and bring it into the shop where he repaired it the same day. Great service!
The person that put are blinds. She knew what she was doing.
