We bought our Hunter Douglas blinds from Blinds and Designs many years ago and have been very happy with them. Recently the spring mechanism in one of the blinds broke. I brought it to B&D this past Saturday expecting to have to buy a new blind, and was greeted by two of the most friendly/helpful people - Keith Hyle and his wife. It turns out that they are the (relatively) new owners. They told me that my blind could be repaired and that they could do it right away if I could wait a few minutes.
