Working with Blinds & Designs was a good experience. Sayeed at the shop was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He stayed in contact with me through the order process, updating me on shipping and installation time, and even did a follow up phone call to check to see how installation went. This was a painless process which I enjoyed. Great choice for home owners living in the Tiburon/ Marin county area!
Initially, I worked with Sayeed from Blinds & Designs to figure out what blinds I was interested in. He was great with listening, suggesting and explaining the blinds I had in mind. It was so easy! The blinds were ready for installation even sooner than expected (which is great). The installation went smoothly and quickly. I definitely would use this company again...plus, it's a good feeling to support a local business!

Quick and efficient service was provided by Sayeed at the Tiburon Blinds and Design store. We needed to replace a 20-year-old shade that had broken and was no longer available. Sayeed helped me select a new shade describing all the new features and providing guidance on how to install it ourselves. The new shade arrived at the shop in less than 10 days. Sayeed removed it from its packaging, took our old shade, and disposed of both which was so helpful! We installed the new shade and it is working beautifully.
