We have certainly had our share of quality problems with Blinds & Designs service and with Hunter Douglas products, half of which arrived not working or were damaged by the installers. Probably more frustrating is the lack of responsiveness of Robert Farrella, who is the owner's son and takes days or weeks to reply to phone calls or emails.
Sayeed is exceptionally professional and polite. Installer Bat was equally professional and polite. Thanks to both of them!

We have 26 custom made hunter douglas shades from 1993. One of them fell apart. I came to seek solution to the store right next to us that carries the brand. It’s supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I was met with an extremely unpleasant and unhelpful patronizing attitude. Overall, the experience with Hunter Douglas brand made me feel like brand is a scam and with its “whole pinkies out services” and their warranty is actually not a warranty it’s a scam.
