Order and deposit placed through Sayeed June 5, 2025 for hunter Douglas shades. .Three months later still nothing. Sayeed still says it’s a manufacturing delay. I get silence now. Anyone know if Hunter Douglas having trouble? I’m feeling scammed.
We had solar shades installed across three very large windows and the whole process was seamless and perfect. The installation was in the Tahoe area, yet we chose to go with Blinds & Designs in Tiburon because of Sayeed's exceptional knowledge and attention to detail. He coordinated everything and it turned out beautifully! We highly recommend Sayeed at Blinds & Designs.
Sales were fine and installation terrific. But two months after purchase we still don’t have the gateway we PAID for or the charger. Our salesperson Athena doesn’t respond and Sayeed from the showroom just replies to our email telling her to respond. Where’s the manager or owner? Where’s the actual service? Seems like they have too much business to care or follow up so while we took measurements on other windows we won’t be purchasing from them again unless this is resolved asap
